RETURNS

As stated in our terms and conditions of sale, returns are at your expense and will be accepted under the following conditions: the items must not be damaged or have been worn or washed and must be accompanied by their original labels.

The article must be returned in its original packaging, with the tags neither cut nor removed, to the following address :

We advise you to choose a tracked shipment because if the carrier misplaces the order we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

You can return a garment bought on the web to our store in Paris, you will then be refunded and receive the amount in 2 working days on your bank account.

The refund of your article will be carried out as from its date of reception if it is well in conformity.

EXCHANGES

A return slip will be sent to you free of charge and upon receipt of the lingerie we will send you the exchange piece.

A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER

Our lingerie is the result of artisanal work and made individually by a specialized seamstress. For the “Made in Paris” collections the pieces are made in our store and checked by us, for the “Palomalanuit” collections the pieces are made in an independent workshop in Morocco and checked by us before offering them to you. But if, despite all the precautions taken by our team, your piece presents a defect, please contact our customer service by telephone on 0153633074, by email on contact@palomacasile.com or on the Instagram chat @palomacasile.

A return slip will be sent to you free of charge and upon receipt of the lingerie we will send you a new replacement part. If your purchase was made in store, we invite you to go there to make the exchange.
